Good health is the best wealth. The value of health is important for every human on Earth. Many people have to suffer from diseases to allergies and stuck with a not so good life for their entire life. If people had control over health, then they would make sure that there are no issues with it.

Health refers to the physical and mental state of a human being. To stay healthy is not an option but a necessity to live a happy life. The basic laws of good health are related to the food we eat, the amount of physical exercise we do, our cleanliness, rest, and relaxation. A healthy person is normally more confident, self-assured, sociable.

Children need to maintain good physical and mental health. They are more inclined towards junk food and spend more time on the screen. These unhealthy activities are slowly sabotaging their health. Parents should concentrate on the physical and mental health of their children, and inculcate good habits for maintaining a healthy lifestyle from a tender age.
Cleanliness also has a major role to play in maintaining good health. Taking a bath every day, washing hands before eating meals, brushing twice a day, changing clothes regularly, etc. are important habits to maintain good health.
IS WEALTH MATTERS
Wealth matters however, not as important as health. Spending lot of money on junk food in five star hotel or on other entertainment sources like watching movie for a day etc. doesn’t have any benefit other than self enjoyment. Being physically and mentally healthy person helps a person to be socially and financially healthy too. A healthy person becomes more active, lively, energetic and works with full efficiency however, a rich but diseased person gets easily tired.
