On the other hand, a smear of white butter would have been significantly superior. Although it was good, a smidgeon of minced onion and a few green chilli flakes in the cream cheese would have improved the texture and given the paratha more punch.

On the other side, the Aloo-Pyaz was amazing! The potato-onion stuffing, as well as the chaat masala sprinkled on the parathas, were both fantastic.

Kachoris (fried snacks made of refined white flour) have a special place in the  hearts of every Indian when it comes to street cuisine. A shop called Jung  Bahadur Kachori Wala, located in the centre of Chandni Chowk, is one of the greatest places  to try this wonderful dish.
They began as a little corner stall and have been in existence for about 50 years.  They now have two stores, one in Nai Sarak and one in Kinari Bazaar. When  paired with spicy Aloo Sabzi (potato curry), their crisp Kachoris make a delectable mix that provides a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
